This precise type of pizza is characterized by way of its half of-round form, made via folding a complete-sized pizza in half. Ingredients

• 4 slices of Ham
• 250g Ricotta
•120g Mozzarella
• Salt
• Pepper

Directions:

Step 1:
Transfer the dough on a floured surface and divide it in half. Roll the dough until it reaches 2-3 mm thin. On one half of the dough add 2 slices of ham and the ricotta. Season with salt and pepper and add parsley for a fresh taste. Add on top mozzarella and start folding the dough over to create a half-moon shape. Repeat the process with the second calzone.
Step 2:
Sprinkle cornmeal on the baking pan to avoid the calzone sticking. Transfer them to the prepared baking pan.
Step 3:
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes!
