1 salt-free lemon-herb seasoning
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 whole-grain hamburger bun
1 slice tomato
1/2 cup arugula
1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
1 hot sauce
3 ounces baked sweet potato fries

DIRECTIONS
Season chicken breast with salt-free lemon-herb seasoning and broil with olive oil. Top a whole-grain hamburger bun with chicken, tomato, arugula, and 1 tsp light mayonnaise mixed with hot sauce to taste. Serve with baked sweet potato fries.
