Who says been said barbecue. The opportunity to savor these chicken skewers marinated in soy sauce, curry, ginger, and lemongrass.
Ingredients
6 chicken breasts
1 C. s chopped garlic
2 c. s of ginger powder
1 C. chopped lemongrass bulb
1 C. s of thyme
3 c. s olive oil
1 C. s soy sauce
1 C. ac curry powder
1 lime
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Order directly from French poultry producers of quality poultry (farm chickens, organic capons ...) raised in the traditional way in the open air +120 days and without antibiotics.
Preparation
1 Preparation of chicken skewers
In a large dish, put all the ingredients with the olive oil, soy sauce, and lime juice. Cut the chicken breasts into long strips. Place them in the marinade. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Prick the chicken strips on the wooden spikes.
2 Cooking
Grill them on the barbecue for 10 minutes, turning them several times. Add salt and pepper.
3 Dressage
Serve these skewers with whole wheat.
