The chicken comes in hundreds of different recipes. Here is one for an excellent sweet and savory result, thanks to a marinade with honey, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon, and mustard.
Ingredients
18 chicken wings or 36 sleeves already prepared
6 little garlic
7 C Limon juice soup
7 C soy sauce soup
7 C strong mustard soup
6 C oil soup
5 C ketchup soup
4 C honey soup
Preparation
1. Prepare the marinade by vigorously mixing honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, crushed garlic, and oil until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained.
2. Cut the tip of the wings, throw it away and separate the fins in half at the joint. Put them in a dish, sprinkle with the marinade and mix well to coat. Film the dish and reserve 2 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 - 200 ° C.
3. Place the drumsticks on a wire rack, which is placed on a baking sheet. Put them in the oven for 45 minutes, turning them over and brushing them with marinade three or four times during cooking, until they are cooked and golden.
4. Serve immediately with a salad of corn, radishes, chives. Taste with your fingers.
