Salmon steaks with pellet barbecue, here is an excellent recipe to make with ease.
I made this recipe in the Ironwood 650 Traeger which gives you the added flavor of cooking over a wood fire!

Ingredients (2 people)
2 salmon steaks
Live from producers on Logo Bourbon
1 lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp fleur de sel
For the sauce
30g heavy cream
20g yogurt or Fromage blanc
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped fresh chives
1 tsp ground fennel seeds
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp fleur de sel

Preparation
STEP 1 :
Prepare the sauce
Mix the cream with the yogurt, add the lemon juice and mix vigorously to prevent the cream from curdling. Add the spices and chopped chives. Mix everything well and let stand.
Prepare the sauce in advance so that the aromas and spices and herbs soak into the cream.

2ND STEP :
Grilled salmon
Wash the salmon steaks under running water, then dry them with paper towels.
Pass your hand over the paver to check that there are no edges left.

STEP 3:
Pour the olive oil, lemon juice, white pepper and fleur de sel into a bowl. Mix well
and marinate for a few minutes.
Brush the salmon steaks with a brush.

STEP 4:
Prepare the barbecue.
When the embers are ready. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on the grill and place the salmon steaks in it.
Cooking 10 to 15 minutes, the color of the salmon above the pad will take on a beautiful pink color. Perfect cooking for a salmon steak. Lemon juice and olive oil will delicately flavor the flesh of the salmon. Very simple but so delicious.
Serve immediately.
Serve with the small sauce prepared above with fresh tagliatelle, rice or steamed potatoes.
