Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
