Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dried rosemary divided
1 tsp dried thyme
3 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup of frozen mixed veggies
8 oz uncooked egg noodles
Chopped fresh parsley optional
Instructions
Add chicken to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Top with soup, seasonings, and chicken broth.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove lid and shred chicken, add in your noodles and frozen veggies, stir and continue cooking on high for about 30-40 minutes until noodles are cooked through.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
