Ingredients
23-28 oz pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
Sub buns
Shredded lettuce
Sauce:
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Place your frozen popcorn shrimp on a baking sheet and bake according to package directions.
In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper and whisk together until combined.
To assemble the sandwich, slice your sub buns down the middle but not all the way through, slather each side of buns with the sauce, place tomatoes on the bottom, followed by shrimp then shredded lettuce, drizzle with a little more sauce if desired.
