Ingredients
2 sticks butter
1 cup of water
4 Tbs cocoa powder
2 cups of sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting
14 Tbs butter
4 Tbs cocoa powder
6 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Line a 12"x17" baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In a saucepan add your butter, water, and cocoa powder and bring to a boil whisking to combine.
In a large bowl whisk together your sugar, flour, and salt until combined.
Pour in your chocolate mixture and mix well.
Add in eggs, sour cream, baking soda, and vanilla and stir until blended.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile to make the frosting, in a saucepan melt your butter.
Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in your cocoa powder, milk and vanilla until combined.
Slowly add in your powdered sugar a little at a time, whisking well in between to prevent lumps until all sugar is combined.
Pour over warm cake and let sit at least 10 minutes before slicing.
