Easy baked split chicken breasts are a healthy choice for any lunch! These tasty bone-in chicken breasts look great with a crispy seasoned skin while retaining their juices for a perfect, tender, and moist chicken meat!
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, bone-in, and skin on
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and vegetable oil and place in a baking pan.
Cook chicken for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
