Ingredients
2 chicken breasts sliced into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 1/2 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce or coconut amino
1 teaspoon ginger Minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic Minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Salad / Bowl
2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup of corn
4 carrots grated
Instructions
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
Cook your chicken: Heat a pan on the stovetop. Add oil and chicken strips. Fry until cooked through. Pour in sauce and stir. Fry until sauce thickens and chicken starts to brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
Assemble your bowl: 1/2 cup brown rice, lettuce, corn, carrots, chicken.
