INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup tahini
1 cup of water
1 Habanero pepper, seeded
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 lemon, juiced
salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a small skillet. You can add a little bit of vegetable broth or olive oil. Fry the garlic and Habanero peppers for about 3 minutes, then transfer to a blender. Add tahini, water, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
