Today we will enjoy a banana pancake! Because the pancake is when you want it, you're going to fall in love with it! Pancakes easy to make, and delicately filled with a banana just for fun! Ideal for a snack, dessert, or brunch, a delicacy that will be appreciated by children and gourmets!
INGREDIENTS
2 crushed ripe bananas
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup of milk
a pinch of salt
PREPARATIONS
In a bowl mix the sugar with the banana and the oil.
Add the eggs
Stir in flour
Dilute with milk
Add the pinch of salt
In a frying pan with oil over medium heat, cook like a traditional pancake, i.e. pour a ladle and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
