1 medium head cauliflower

1/3 cup warmed chicken broth

2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

salt

pepper

thinly sliced, for garnish fresh chives

Directions

Place the cauliflower florets in a microwave-safe bowl with 1/4 cup water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 to 5 minutes, or until completely tender.
