I propose you Lasagna with Salmon which changes of the classic person, it is super good and it is ideal for a greedy meal accompanied by a small salad
Ingredients
10 sheets of lasagna
2 salmon fillets (300 g)
4 zucchini (600 g)
1 onion (150 g)
50 g grated cheese
50O ml of Béchamel sauce
Salt, pepper, dill
Preparation
Prepare the Béchamel sauce
In the sauté pan, brown the chopped onion in the oil without browning it, then add the zucchini cut into thin rings
Then add the salmon fillets and crumble them with a wooden spoon when they are cooked. Season with salt and pepper and add a little dill
Preheat the oven to 180 °
In a rectangular dish, place part of the preparation at the bottom. Layer the layers with the lasagna and cheese
Finish with a layer of dough and béchamel which should cover the pasta well. Sprinkle with grated cheese
