Best Chocolate mousse cake


INGREDIENTS:

- 100 g of chopped dark chocolate

- 20 g of cocoa powder

- 2 tbsp of hot water

- 25 cl of milk

- 20 cl of heavy cream

- 30 g of sugar

- 50 g of condensed milk

- 10 g of gelatin powder

- 4 cl of water

- cocoa powder

PREPARATION:

First, put the cocoa in a bowl, pour over the hot water and mix them with a spoon, mix the gelatin with 4 cl of water in a glass.

Then heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat and add the cream, sugar and condensed milk on top, stir with the spatula over medium heat.

Then add your cocoa mixture on top and still stir over medium heat after adding the dark chocolate and stir.

Once your chocolate is completely melted, add the gelatin mixture and mix again.

Filter your mixture in a bowl using Chinese then place your bowl in a dish filled with water and ice cubes and stir.

Line a mold with baking paper, pour your chocolate mixture on top then put in the fridge overnight.

The next day, unmold your cake, sprinkle it with cocoa powder, cut your cake into slices.
