 Make your own chicken strips with curry. This easy and delicious recipe is best served with plain rice. Served with bell pepper strips and onions, these homemade chicken strips are perfect for a quick and easy meal! 


Curried Chicken Tenderloins


Ingredients:

For 4 people

500 g of chicken breasts

2 white onions

1 red pepper

3 tbsp. tablespoons of light cream

1 C. tbsp sunflower oil

1 C. teaspoon curry powder

Salt pepper

Preparations

1. Cut the chicken breasts into small strips then peel and slice the onion. Finally, remove the seeds from the pepper and cut it into strips.

2. In a frying pan, heat the oil, then add the chicken strips with the onions and let brown. Then add the strips of peppers and cook for a few minutes.

3. When the meat is cooked, add the crème fraîche and the curry, then mix. Then coat the chicken pieces with curry cream.

4. Scrape the juices with a wooden spoon and serve the curried chicken aiguillettes to accompany them with plain rice.
