INGREDIENTS
Get zucchini
Take eggplant
Prepare carrots
Get tomatoes
Prepare onion
Take shallot
Prepare garlic
Take pasta for lasagna
Prepare heavy cream
Take olive oil
Prepare grated Gruyère
Prepare Salt
Prepare Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the onion and shallot, mince them and brown them in a large pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Then set them aside in a bowl
Peel and slice the courgettes. Brown them in a tablespoon of olive oil
Then do the same with the eggplants and carrots (separately!). You can cook them in a little water instead of adding more oil.
Combine the vegetables in a large (large) skillet, add the onions. Dice the tomatoes and garlic clove and add to the vegetables. Simmer for 20 minutes and add salt and pepper.
In a dish, place a layer of vegetables, then cover with pasta, then with cream (which you will have mixed with a little grated Gruyere). Repeat until all of the ingredients are gone.
Bake at 200 degrees between 30 and 40 minutes.
