I tested the classic yogurt cake by replacing it with sheep's milk cheese bought in an organic store (no, it doesn't smell like a goat!!). The result is great! The cake rose well and is easier to digest than a classic cake. I was a bit afraid of the result when I saw the very thick and sticky dough but in the end, the magic worked during the baking!


Chocolate Cake With Sheep Cheese


Ingredients

For a cake of 8 parts:

-150g of white sheep cheese

-250g of flour

-2 tsp of yeast

-100g of rapadura / brown sugar

-60g butter/rapeseed oil

-2 eggs

-100g of dark chocolate or another ingredient of your choice

Preparation

• Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

• In a salad bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and sugar.

• Add the flour, baking powder, oil or butter, and crushed chocolate.

• Butter and flour a cake mold then pour the dough and bake for 50 minutes.

• Let cool and enjoy with white sheep cheese or whipped cream.
