Briwat with almonds on the Moroccan way

 Today, my lady will present to you the way to make brioat with almonds, which are one of the traditional Moroccan sweets served in Ramadan and on Moroccan occasions and weddings, very delicious.




Ingredients

A kilogram of flattened paper

 A kilogram of almonds

 Half a cup of tea of ​​blossom water

 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

200 grams of butter

 Half a kilo of powdered sugar

 Adequate corn oil for frying

A kilogram of honey 2

 Two tablespoons of flour in half a cup of water

Preparations

 Peel the almonds, wash and dry with a clean tissue, then mix sugar and blossom water with it and grind for the first time in a mill kofta

. Add cinnamon and butter to it, mix it all, re-grind it twice, knead this knot well and make small balls the size of a walnut

Cut the paper into medium-sized rectangles

In a bowl, mix half a cup of water with two tablespoons of flour until we get a liquid dough.

Almond Corouira is placed on the edge of the rectangle, flattened a little, and then folded on itself in the form of a triangle.

The last end of the briouat hem is pasted with a brush dipped in the water-flour mixture

Fry in hot copious oil  

When the briwat are reddened on both sides

It drips from the oil and then dips it in honey while it is still hot.

 Leave the brioat to cool enough time, then put it in a colander to drip a little honey

Garnish the almond briwat with toasted sesame
