Ingrediants
• 700 g of sliced chicken breast •• 8 cloves of garlic •• 4 tablespoons of olive oil •• 5 mint leaves •• 4 sprigs of rosemary •• Salt to taste •• Pepper to taste •
Preparation
Finely chop the garlic, rosemary and mint and emulsify them with the oil, salt and pepper.
Prepare the embers and lightly grease the grill before placing the previously well beaten chicken breast on it.
Put the meat on the grill and, with the help of a sprig of rosemary, brush it with the chopped herbs until cooked. Turn the meat often, so as to obtain a cooking as uniform as possible.
Precautions
Do not overcook the chicken as it may become stringy.
Ideas and variants
If you don't have a barbecue, you can use a non-stick pan: the chicken will still be tasty.
You can serve chicken with salad and don't forget the sauces, especially the BBQ: many of your guests will appreciate it.
