Goulasch Beef


Ingredients

- 1.5 chisel (in pieces)

- 500 g of tomatoes

- 4 large onions

- 4 cloves of garlic

- 1 small bouquet garni

- 1 liter of broth

- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

- 1 tbsp of flour

- 3 tablespoons of paprika (smoked)

- Peanut oil

- Salt and pepper


Instructions

- In a casserole dish over high heat, pour 4 to 5 tbsp of oil - Brown the salted and peppered pieces of beef in it for 15 to 20 minutes

- Cut the tomatoes into slices

- Peel, then slice the onions - Peel and chop the garlic

- Lower the heat and pour 1 to 2 tbsp of oil

- Add the flour, onions, garlic and paprika

- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring

- Add the broth, bouquet garni, tomatoes and concentrate

- Salt and pepper - Then, simmer, covered and over low heat for 2 hours

- Remove the bouquet garni and adjust the seasoning
