INGREDIENTS
1 ½ dl wood rice
5 DL water
2 onion
2 tbsp Champion butter
3 dl Champion of whole milk
2 dl Champion whipped cream
300 g ground liver
1 DL raisins
1 egg
3 tbsp syrup
1 teaspoon salt
½ tl white pepper
½ tl ginger
1 teaspoon meiramia
Preparation
Boil the rice in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes.
Sauté the chopped onions in butter.
Combine all ingredients and mix to a smooth, frothy loose mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased (approx. 2.5 l) baking dish.
Cook at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
