Roast Chicken, Vegetables, Green Beans


Ingredients

1 chicken

1 lemon (or more depending on your preferences)

7/8 garlic cloves

1 sprig of thyme

200 ml dry white wine

olive oil

1 pinch of salt,

1 pinch of pepper


Preperation

Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.

In an ovenproof dish, place your chicken. With a fork, prick the skin of the top and thighs, which will prevent blisters under the skin when cooking.

Cut your lemon into 8 pieces. Place 2 inside the chicken. Arrange the other pieces in the dish next to the chicken. Also put on your garlic cloves and the sprig of thyme.

Then oil your chicken all over with olive oil. Use a brush, so you won't put too much of it. Add salt and pepper.

Pour in the white wine and put in the oven. Cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. (It all depends on the size of your chicken). Baste several times during cooking.
