 Buffalo chicken balls recipe is a popular snack food consisting of breaded chicken, blue cheese dressing, and Frank's Red Hot. The best buffalo chicken balls are fried in hot oil and then served with celery sticks.


Buffalo Chicken Balls


Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs

1 stalk celery, minced

1 egg

¼ cup melted butter

⅓ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)

salt and ground black pepper to taste

cooking spray


Directions

 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, wing sauce, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and seasonings. Mix until fully incorporated. Add the chicken and cheese sticks; toss until well-coated.

Place chicken mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and lightly golden brown.

Serve plain or with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
