 Chocolate Finger Cheesecake Recipe

Chocolate Finger Cheesecake Recipe


- 1 cup of melted butter 

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt 

- 2 cups of white flour, sifted twice 

- 2 eggs beaten with 3 tablespoons of water until frothy, then egg yolks folded in at the end. Add additional water if needed to make a thick batter. 

- 1/2 cup of sugar 

- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 

- 1 pound of good quality semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted in a double boiler. 


Melt the chocolate well, then add the cream and stir until smooth. When the chocolate is absolutely cold, fold in the melted butter, egg yolks, and flour mixture and pour into a greased 9 inch round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick into the center of your cheesecake to see it come out clean.
