 Beef and Chinese broccoli are popular dishes in Chinese cuisine. Toast a wok or large visage over high heat. Add oil painting and when hot, add sliced beef and stir- shindig until browned. Remove the beef from the visage and set it away.

In the same pan, add more oil if necessary and stir-fry the Chinese broccoli until it turns bright green.

Return the beef to the pan and add in any desired sauces or seasonings (such as oyster sauce or soy sauce).

Stir-fry everything together for an additional 1-2 minutes to fully coat the beef and broccoli in the sauce.

Ingredients:


  • 1 lb of beef (sirloin or flank steak), sliced into thin strips
  • 1 bunch of Chinese broccoli (gai lan), washed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or canola)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or soy sauce)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



Instructions:


Marinate the beef with oyster sauce, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.

Place a large skillet over high heat and then add the oil when hot add the beef slices and sauté until golden brown.

Remove the beef from the visage and set it away.

In the same pan, add more oil if necessary and stir-fry the Chinese broccoli until it turns bright green.

Return the beef to the pan and add in any desired sauces or seasonings (such as oyster sauce or soy sauce).

Stir-fry everything together for a fresh 1- 2 twinkles to completely cover the beef and broccoli in the sauce.

Serve and enjoy!


Note: You can add garlic, ginger, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
