Perfect Taco Bell Quesarito

Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup seasoned ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate pan, warm up the white rice.

Place one flour tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese over it.

Add 1/4 of the cooked beef and 1/4 of the white rice on top of the cheese.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of salsa over the beef and rice.

Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream over the salsa.

Place another flour tortilla on top and press down gently.

Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla inward to create a seal around the filling.

Repeat the process to make 3 more Quesaritos.

Place each Quesarito in the skillet, seam side down, and cook until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve the Quesaritos immediately with additional salsa and sour cream if desired.

Enjoy your delicious and cheesy Quesarito!
