How To Make  Omurice (Japanese Rice Omelet) at Home


In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until they are tender, for about 3-4 minutes.

Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.
