How To Make:

To begin with, the crust of the cheesecake is made by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. This creates a chocolatey and crunchy base that is perfect for supporting the creamy cheesecake filling. The cheesecake filling itself is made from a mixture of cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter that is blended until smooth and creamy.

Once the cheesecake is baked, it is topped with a layer of melted chocolate and peanut butter. This not only adds an extra layer of flavor to the dessert but also gives it a beautiful and glossy appearance. The cheesecake is then garnished with more crushed Oreo cookies and a drizzle of chocolate and peanut butter.

The result is a dessert that is rich, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. The combination of flavors and textures in the Oreo Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cheesecake makes it a perfect treat for any occasion, whether it be a special dinner party or a casual night with friends.

  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

  • For the topping:

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until the mixture becomes uniform.

Transfer the Oreo mixture to a 9-inch springform pan and press it onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan.

Sing the crust for 10 twinkles, and also set it away to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

One at a time, add the eggs, fully combining in between additions.

Stir in the heavy cream until fully combined.

In the cooled crust, pour half of the cheesecake mixture.

Stir the melted chocolate chips into the remaining cheesecake mixture.

Pour the chocolate cheesecake amalgamation on top of the plain cheesecake caste.

Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.

Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, then transfer it to the fridge and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Once the cheesecake is chilled, prepare the topping.

In a bowl that can go in the microwave, mix the heavy cream and chocolate chips. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the chocolate ganache on top of the cheesecake, then sprinkle the chopped Oreos over the ganache.

Chill the cheesecake for another 30 minutes to set the topping.

Slice the cheesecake into servings and enjoy!
