Grilled Rockfish isn’t one in every one of my favorite recipes.  But in case you’re going to do it, there is some stuff you must know and apprehend.  This Butter Marinade might be the excellent ingredients to apply to a Rockfish, so in a manner, you’re in properly armed.  However, taking it to the grill, it loses a lot of the brilliance this Marinade can offer a fish like this.  So despite the fact that I display this recipe as Grilled Rockfish in

Ingredients
1 tsp. dried lemon peel
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 rockfish fillets (8 oz. each)
¼ cup of vegetable oil
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon, sliced

Step 1
Prepare grill.

Step 2
Rinse the rockfish under cold, running water, and pat dry.

Step 3
In a bowl, combine the lemon peel, crushed red pepper, ground black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle over fish.

Step 4
Grease the grate of the grill with vegetable oil. Grill fish for about 4 minutes per side, or until the fish begins to flake when tested with a fork in the thickest part.

Step 5
Serve with sliced lemon.
