It is a delicious meal of baked salmon with bechamel sauce. The potatoes are sliced and covered with a tender salmon and a creamy béchamel sauce. The whole is sprinkled with little Provence herbs.


Ingredients
600 g salmon fillet
2 tbsp olive oil 30 mL
2 tbsp dried oregano 4 g
salt [optional] 0.2 g

Method
Preheat the oven to 215 ° C / 425 ° F.
Cut the salmon fillet into pieces of similar size, corresponding to the number of portions desired, and place them on an oiled baking sheet. Coat them with oil in turn. Season with salt and pepper and cover with oregano.
Bake in the center of the oven. Allow about 10 min for a 2 to 2.5 cm thick fillet. The time required depends not only on the thickness of the fillets but also on the actual temperature of your oven, it is important to check the doneness using a fork. Serve on hot plates.
