Ingredients
12ounces short pasta of your choice
1can (4 oz) tuna in water
1/2medium red onion, finely chopped
1/2cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2cup green pepper, chopped finely
1/2cup celery, finely chopped
1/2cup tomato, chopped finely
1/2cup whole kernel corn
4tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1teaspoon dried tarragon

Directions
1 Use a medium pot with enough water, a drop of oil, and a pinch of salt. Heat the pot on high until it boils, lower the heat and add the pasta. Cook according to the instructions on the package.
2 While the pasta cooks, mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium, deep bowl and set aside.
3 Once the pasta is ready, strain and immediately place in cold water to slow the cooking process. Add the pasta to the tuna mixture, salt, and pepper to taste and add the tarragon. Serve cold.
