BAKED SALMON WITH ROSE WINE CREAM SAUCE RECIPE




Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shallots, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup rose wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Place salmon in a baking dish and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic and cook until softened.
Add rose wine to the saucepan and cook until reduced by half.
Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice, and continue cooking until the sauce thickens about 5 minutes.
Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the salmon with the rose wine cream sauce.
