Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks.
Stir in egg noodles and cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until tender.
Return shredded chicken to slow cooker and mix well.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
