Easy Baked Teryaki Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 Salmon fillets 170 g each
  • 1 Red onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2-3 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tbsp Gluten-free flour

Instructions:

 Preheating the oven to 400 degrees.
To prepare the teriyaki sauce, mix in a bowl soy sauce, orange juice, ginger, garlic, water, lemon, chili, honey, and flour.
Using a cooking spray, spray your baking dish and place the salmon in it.
Top the salmon with your homemade teriyaki sauce and bake it in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Once it's ready, take out the dish from the oven, and using a spoon, pour the baked sauce over the cooked salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and red onions.
