Ingredients:
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 oz) jar of diced pimentos, drained
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, pimentos, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
