Perfect Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Patties:
1 15 oz can pink salmon
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 Tbs mayo
1/4 cup onions finely chopped
1/4 cup red pepper finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 - 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbs oil
Remoulade Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
In a bowl mix together all your patty ingredients besides the oil until well blended.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop some of your mixture and shape into patties.
In a non-stick skillet add your oil and heat on medium-high.
Add patties into pan, making sure not to overcrowd, do in batches.
Fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes or until brown.
Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Meanwhile, mix all your remoulade sauce in a bowl and serve with salmon patties.
