Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled and sliced to 1/4" thickness
1 15 oz can corn, drained
1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 10.5 oz can water
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In saute pan, add your onions and ground beef and cook until beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent, drain.
Add your ground beef mixture to the bottom of a 9"x13" pan and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
Layer your sliced potatoes on top of your ground beef mixture, again sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread your corn over the top of your potato mixture and spread around evenly.
In a bowl whisk together your soup and water and pour over the entire casserole, sprinkle with a little bit more salt and pepper and cover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Let cool slightly before serving.
