Easy Watercress and Goji Berry Pork Rib Soup

Ingredients

500 g pork ribs

1.5 L water

2 slices ginger

1/4 cup Goji berry

200 g watercress

1/2 cup rice wine

2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

Parboiling: Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Put the pork ribs into a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Discard the hot water and wash the gunk off the pork ribs with cold water.

Place pork ribs, ginger, and Goji berry in a stockpot and cover it with water. Season with rice wine and salt. Simmer for 1/2 hours.

Add watercress and cook for 10 minutes and serve.
