Perfect Gluten Free Korean Ground Beef

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup coconut aminos

2 teaspoons sriracha


INSTRUCTIONS

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.

Cook your ground beef, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil together, making sure not to let the garlic burn.

Drain the fat, and return to the pan.

Add the brown sugar, coconut aminos, and sriracha sauce. Simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
