Easy baked tilapia

 This easy baked tilapia recipe requires little few ingredients, but it's full of healthy taste and takes only 20 minutes to prepare. Try it at home, a great family dinner

4 filets de tilapia

2 c. à thé de beurre

1/4 c. à thé d’assaisonnements à fruits de mer

1/2 c. à thé de sel d’ail

1 citron tranché

4 tasses d'un mélange frais ou surgelé de chou-fleur, brocoli et poivron rouge


Preparation: 5min 'Cooking time: 30min' Ready in 35min

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a 9 X 13 baking dish.

Put the fish in the dish and sprinkle it with butter. Sprinkle with seafood seasoning and garlic salt. Garnish with one or two slices of lemon. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Cover the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. The fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork.
