A delicious recipe of salmon with leeks; rich in flavors to be tasted thus does not require many ingredients. The leeks are melting and cooked thanks to the oil and fish stock. You can of course prepare it without a food processor.
Ingredient
For 2 people
2 Salmon steaks
2 Leek white
15cl Cream
Olive oil
1 pinch Curry
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Cut the leek whites and fry them for 15min in a sauté pan with a drizzle of olive oil, with the lid closed. Add a pinch of curry, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Preheat your oven to 180 °.
Place the leek fondue in the bottom of a gratin dish. Place the salmon steaks on top and cover generously with sour cream. Place an aluminum foil, ensuring that the edges are airtight Bake for 20min.
