Today, I propose you a recipe of salmon with vegetables, a dish that we appreciate a lot at home, pleasantly spicy, rich in smells and flavors. It can be prepared in several ways, it's up to you to choose
Ingredients
For 4 people
100g Green lentils
100g Red lentils
4 Salmon steaks
1 stalk of celery
1 carrot
20cl Fresh cream
Preparation
Peel the carrot, then roughly chop it along with the celery.
In a Dutch oven, place the lentils and cover them with cold water. Leave to cool for 25 minutes. Add the carrot and celery halfway through cooking. Season with salt and pepper then set aside.
Meanwhile, steam the salmon steaks for 15 minutes.
Drain the vegetables. In a saucepan, pour the crème fraîche, add the vegetables and mix over very low heat for a minute or two. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the salmon.
