A quick and simple recipe of fried shrimps, a timeless classic, with a good taste of garlic and parsley, that I like to prepare during the month of Ramadhan and in summer, especially when I don't have much time to cook or when I am short of ideas.
Ingredients
300g gray shrimps
1 tbsp of parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 knob of butter
2 tbsp olive oil
grapefruit olive oil from my exotic land partner

Instructions
Shell, devein the shrimps and set aside.
Peel, degerm, and chop the garlic. Chop the parsley
Heat the olive oil and the butter in a sauté pan, when the butter has melted and the oil is very hot, add the shrimp.
Cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally, and add the garlic and parsley. Salt and pepper.
Let the shrimp brown, adjust the seasoning.
Arrange in a dish and drizzle with a drizzle of grapefruit olive oil
