Grated carrot with pineapple


Ingredients

4 carrots

2 oranges

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

1 teaspoon orange blossom flavoring

salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel and grate the carrots. Set aside in a salad bowl.

Add the juice of the squeezed oranges.

Season with oil, vinegar, orange blossom flavor, salt, and pepper.

Set aside in a cool place before serving.
