Ingredients
For 4 people :
4 salmon steaks.
240g of pasta (raw).
1 briquette of light coconut milk.
1 White cheese.
Dill: a teaspoon.
Salt.
Pepper.
Preparation:
Cook the pasta, set it aside.
Steam the salmon and cut it into pieces.
In a frying pan, slightly heat the coconut cream with a Fromage blanc, add a heaped teaspoon of dill, salt, and pepper.
Add the pieces of salmon and cook over very low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with the pasta.
