 The 4 Cheese Pasta recipe takes only a few minutes to prepare. You can choose the kind of pasta you want, change the cheeses (Gruyere, Comté, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Roquefort...) according to your taste and what you have left in your fridge. You can also use this recipe as a side dish with meat, such as chicken escalopes. For a nice presentation, you can add a basil or parsley leaf to the plate.


How To Make Pasta with 4 cheeses


Ingredients

1 kg dough

200 g fresh cream

100 g grated gruyere

100 g parmesan cheese

100 g raclette cheese

100 g Roquefort cheese

Instructions

Fill a pot with water and add coarse salt and a little olive oil.

Bring the water to a boil and as soon as the water boils, pour in your pasta.

While the water is heating, prepare the sauce: put the cream in a saucepan and start to heat it gently

Crush the Roquefort cheese with a fork

Add the raclette cheese to the cream, which is still on the heat: mix and let it melt

Then add the Parmesan, grated Gruyère and crushed Roquefort to the cream

Let the cheeses heat up and mix

Once your pasta is cooked "al dente", drain it

Pour the hot sauce over the pasta and serve hot!
