Ingredients
2 purple carrots
1 apple
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 glass of water (200 ml)
Preparation
What we'll do first is wash the purple carrots and apple well. Then we will cut the apple into quarters for easier mixing.
Then we will mix the carrots and the apple and pour the juice into our favorite glass.
Once this step is complete, we will add the glass of water and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Mix well and drink.
