Roasted Potatoes and Garlic Chicken


INGREDIENTS

 1 FARM CHICKEN OF 1.5 KG

 1 KG OF NEW POTATOES

 3 HEADS OF GARLIC

 50 G BUTTER

 2 Tbsp PEANUT OIL

 25 CL OF POULTRY BROTH

 1 LAUREL LEAF

 1 BRANCH OF THYME

 SALT AND PEPPER

PREPARATION

1 Preheat the oven too. 6 - 180 ° C. Coat the chicken with butter, salt, and pepper. Pour the oil into a baking dish and place the chicken in it.

2 Peel, de-stem, and mince the cloves of a head of garlic. Detach the pods from the other heads and leave them whole with their skins. Wash and brush the new potatoes.

3 Surround the chicken with potatoes and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and pour the chicken broth into the dish. Crumble the thyme, sprinkle it over the chicken and add 1 bay leaf. Bake for 1 hour. Serve hot.

Cooking advice:
